Conference for a leading medical supplies distributor
A global distributor of medical supplies with a broad portfolio of activities in Slovakia chose Bratislava as the location for its annual top management conference. Bratislava conference venue was a riverfront five-star hotel and we therefore modeled the event activities around a Danubian theme. A planned speedboat trip to Devín Castle prior to a VW car plant excursion had to be altered to a coach transfer due to a heavy storm. Nevertheless, we swiftly arranged an alternative option once the sky cleared: speedboat transfer to dinner on a floating brewery, which provided a James Bond-style arrival for our guests at their evening venue.
Another highlight was a football match for the delegates, inspired by the approaching EURO 2016 championship. This sporting event was organized with attention paid to every detail, including special football outfits, referees, team coach, physios and extensive food catering with local beer! Bratislava conference concluded with a gala dinner at a stylish neo-Classical ballroom in the center of Bratislava. The feedback from participants was very appreciative; they very much enjoyed their time in our city.
